The Banjo also has a wide 17" cooking surface, and a 30-PSI regulator, and is made to fit under our jambalaya kits. This cooker is gentle enough to slow cook stews, soup, jambalaya, or chili, and with the new 30 PSI regulator it should boil your large stockpots no problem.
